Intrepid Potash supplies American agriculture with an essential crop nutrient produced in the United States. Intrepid is the only western world producer created and dedicated solely to potassium- related products. Intrepid supplies ~1.5 percent of global demand and ~9.4 percent of U.S. demand.
They are the largest producer of muriate of potash (MOP, or potassium chloride) in the U.S. and are dedicated to the production and marketing of potash and langbeinite (sulfate of potash magnesia), another mineral containing potassium.
Their mission is to grow their production base to deliver 1.5 million tons of potash and 500,000 tons of Trio® per year, while continually lowering their per-ton cash costs and simultaneously improving the health and safety of employees and operations.
