Mr. Cunningham has been a director of Mitek since May 2005. Retired since 2002, he served as Sr. Vice-President-Finance of EdVision Corporation from 1993 to 2002. Mr. Cunningham was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Founders Club Golf Company from 1990 to 1993. He was Vice President-Finance of Amcor Capital, Inc. from 1985 to 1990. Mr. Cunningham was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Superior Farming Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Superior Oil Company, from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Cunningham’s background has provided our Board of Directors with valuable financial and accounting expertise as our financial expert on the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors. Having served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2005, Mr. Cunningham has a good understanding of our business, operations, and culture.
