Every season, in every location, we test new onion varieties, always on the hunt for new varieties which will grow, process and deliver even better fresh-cut onions. Once our onions are harvested, to assure optimum transportation efficiency, we hand select which onions we bring to our processing facility in Oxnard. This enables us to bring to you fresh onions year-round. From seed to table, we are committed to quality and we know this all begins in the field, with our direct grower involvement!
