The Fresh Link is a food distribution network focused on connecting small farms to chefs through a reliable delivery system. They aggregate and deliver fresh, local food to area restaurants, providing a sustainable business for small farmers. Through a careful selection process, we’ve chosen a group of producers who have a strong commitment to quality and consistency in their products. We think of both our farmers and our restaurants as partners in our mission to keep small farms viable and fresh foods on city plates.
Farmers and restaurants can plan the growing season together through our Partnership Produce Planning option. Through advance planning, farmers can designate plots of land just for the food needs of a particular restaurant – a great option for seasonal menu planning, hard-to-find heirloom varieties and extending the growing season.
